> **Pros**: What we love about Vantaca is the Customer support, the efficiency and the transparency vantaca.net provides. It assists with holding people about accountable.

> **Cons**: While we enjoy almost everything about Vantaca as its assisted us with tremendously with reviewing our SOP's, weeding out our teammates who did not want to grow, some of the Global Settings do not apply to all Associations. Also, if we could add an enhancement to work orders with what type of work order it is (Lanscape, irrigation, drywall) - similar to arcs that would be great.

> Transitioning was a little tough, but we have great support from the Vantaca Team and Community. Issues are communicated properly and resolved quickly. The continuous hands-on training with webinars and coast-coast is a great asset for all users.

> **Cons**: While much of it is intuitive, there are some things that are not and despite having used it for 2.5 years I am still struggling to figure out. Sending/attaching pictures within an action item is something that is often easier to just be done via email.

> Overall I've gotten used to it and I know where to look for things. But I wouldn't consider my overall experience with Vantaca to be 5 stars.

> **Pros**: When it works correctly, it makes the work easier. The idea surrounding the suite is great, but I'm not sure if they are innovating compared to the rest of the industry.

> **Cons**: The amount of bugs that pop up on a day to day basis, or the amount of old bugs yet to be fixed while Vantaca keeps adding new features is frustrating. Fix the current issues first.

> Customer support is the single most atrocious system I have ever interacted with. From gaslighting, to blaming everything on user error, to jumping the gun, to giving false information, to not reading through the entire support thread, to not listening to any explanations, to long response times - the list goes on.

> **Cons**: Suggested and needed fixes from 2019 still have not been resolved. When an issue does not seem to have a quick an easy resolution, it is put on the back burner, due to the priority of the need of the fix, and we are asked to use work-arounds instead. I don't feel this is good customer service.

> My overall experience has been great, and I wish I had more time to learn everything. There are so many options of support, and I am excited to go all digital and use the system to its fullest.

> **Pros**: Everything in one place. Whether working remotely, in the office, or out on inspection, you know what's happening within your association in real time.

> **Cons**: Sometimes, you won't know what an action item is going to do until you work it. We've found it's really important to test any changes, no matter how small, because unexpected results could result.

> Converting to Vantaca from our old accounting software was like learning a new language. I've worked in HOA bookkeeping for 20 years and am now more of a database coordinator. The system handles the majority of actual bookkeeping. I'm creating and updating action items, teaching board members and homeowners how to utilize their portal, and learning more and more how to make Vantaca work for us.
