Google maps- daily experience shared

Comments: I use it daily to move from one location to another, I use it to visualise locations. For my projects as well I used it’s API. Also I can see the real time traffic in my area, locations near to me for visiting

Pros:

I like the real time detection of traffic and analysis of time required to move from point A to point B. I like the way they have images for visually determining how the locations actually look like without even visiting the place

Cons:

Ease of use, features for traffic visualization, able to change views and use street level when trying to find a location

Some of the interface is not very intuitive when trying to build a a route

Works better than apple maps

I like that it is easy to search for locations and you can use the sat map to see what it actually looks like

App crashes while you are driving and you have no way of knowing until you realize you havent received a direction in a while... but that time you've missed your turns/

Locating made easier

Pros:

The geo coding makes it easier than other softwares which only work in certain parts of the world whereas with Google, I can use it even in the remotest parts of the world.

Cons:

None observed as yet, it is a very good software.

Easily integrates and useful on so many levels

Comments: I like how easy it is to use and how many features are built right in.

Pros:

I like how easy it is to use Google Maps for everything from finding a nearby restaurant to planning the driving for a multi-day trip. I also like the built in sharing features so that people can know my progress. The alerts for speed traps is also nice.

Cons:

I wish that estimated departure/arrival times when planning with multiple stops was an option.

Why Google Maps is My Favorite Travel Tool

Comments: Google Maps is a very app for any type of trip.
I used it during a vacation and it saved me in multiple occasions.
The algorithm behind it is very accurate, even in more remote areas.
I really appreciated the ability to search for restaurants, bars, and attractions nearby, filtering by reviews and ratings.
The navigation feature is easy to use and well-detailed.
It’s a huge help for exploring new cities without wasting time!

Pros:

I love Google Maps because with it I can do various things including: - view maps; - find directions to reach a place by car, on foot or by public transport; - discover restaurants, attractions and other places of interest near your route or destination; - access reviews and images of places; - have both satellite and photographic vision; - find what you want, wherever it is in the world; - have additional functions, such as games and social options.

Cons:

For the use I make of it I have not found any type of cons

Great road maps!

Comments: Overall, I like Google Maps and recommends all of my friends to use since it is user-friendly.

Pros:

Google Maps is easy to use for finding my destination and provides road alerts. Also, I can add options not showing me the toll road. Google Maps provides me the most reliable road situations.

Cons:

Previously, I could choose from the suggested routes, but recently, it seems like it no longer shows the heavy traffic route, possibly based on its own decision. I have used Google Maps everyday, and it was based on my recent experience.

Comments: It is simple and free to set up. I like the functionality and options to enhance business listings. If you want to do more with it, then Google Maps has tools to advertise as well.

Pros:

Everyone uses Google so adding your business on Google adds searchability and can help drive customer traffic. You can showcase key info about your business and track the views it gets.

Cons:

Sometimes it cannot discern what category a business is and then it lumped into irrelevant types. If your business is getting suggested to the wrong audience then that doesn't help you grow.

I love Google maps

Comments: I love Google maps and can't imagine going back to actual road atlas's again!

Doesn't work well in the mountains or extremely remote locations

Comments: It's very good experience I had with Google maps as a doctor i have to travel different areas and hospitals for internship it makes my life better

It makes life so less complicated with the best of route maps with busy routes and in less time possible

Comments: I absolutely love Google Maps! It helps us get to where we need to go by letting us know what the best way to get there is! It shows us any traffic accidents speed traps construction delays and even better it tells us how long it is going to take to get where we need to go! I have had a great experience with Google Maps!

Hum? I would really have to think about what I do not like about Google Maps because, I have ALWAYS and ONLY ever used Google Maps since day 1! It is so easy!

Never get lost again

Comments: My overall experience is joy. I remember back in the day using a gps then when all of a sudden I lost it I started getting lost going places. Ever since finding Google maps it has changed my life, making traveling anywhere in the world so easy. I don't ever have to be worried getting lost again with Google maps.

Pros:

I love how easy it is to find where you need to go. Putting in the address and Google maps giving you the best route to your destination really decreases my stress level when trying to get somewhere. I have used Google maps for many years now, and even more so with my work now because I work from home. Being able to direct customers to an office using Google maps helps me and my patients! I am so grateful for this amazing tool.

Cons:

To be honest there isn't anything I don't like. Google maps really takes the cake for me.

Comments: Apart from the lack of alert, I always used the app daily for years, as I was an app driver, it always "travelled" with me.

Google Maps Review

Pros:

I really like how Google Maps is optimal to use. For instance, it uses machine learning and data reviews to predict traffic patterns and accurate times of arrival. One of the things I really like is how it gets the times of public transportation accurately when the actual website doesn't.

Cons:

One of the things I don't really like about Google Maps is how hard it is to "start" a navigation route and how to "customize" it. Of course, it's not hard to press the start button, but once you press start, changing the voice for navigation to on and off is hard to navigate and it's often frustrating. However, this isn't a major complaint, it's just from my own experience.

It's the best live maps ever made it give accurate locations the time and the distance

An essential tool which can be improved

Comments: Very useful in helping me find my way around. I rely a lot on the reviews and ratings of businesses. There are definitely improvements needed to make this app more user friendly.

Pros:

It's generally accurate and I love being able to see ratings and reviews of establishments. A great tool especially when on holiday!

Cons:

It doesn't always give me the most efficient route. It's also difficult to map a route between two destinations- I often have to type in an address instead of just tapping on a destination. Google Maps needs to improve their communication with businesses - I have often arrived at restaurants that either no longer exist or are closed even though Maps says they are open. It is also sometimes hard to tell from the map/route when the entrance side of an establishment is.

Comments: I think it is a wonderful application. It helps me with many things, whether it is my work or the things of our daily life.

Google Maps helped me know the locations of many of the target customers for my products and how to contact them, and then make a lot of sales through them and make money. In addition, I use it for other things, such as how to reach places that I do not know their exact location.

The bad thing is that there are some errors in determining the location of the places and roads that lead to this place
